Photography law covers a wide variety of subjects, but this article is for all photographers to read.
Nude children photography is written to inform the photographer about some of the serious problems a photographer could get into if he or she does not know the law. The government is serious about nude children and child pornography, but as usual, they carry everything to the extreme. DO NOT TAKE PICTURES OF ANY NUDE CHILDREN, REGARDLESS OF AGE,OR RELATION, AND HAVE PRINTS MADE AT ANY BUSINESS THAT DOES COMMERCIAL PRINTING. THEY ARE OBLIGATED TO CALL THE AUTHORITIES REGARDING YOUR PICTURES. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY YOUR LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND THE PENALITIES CAN RUIN YOU FOR LIFE. PENALITIES CAN INCLUDE JAIL, FINES, AND NAMED A SEXUAL PREDATOR FOR LIFE.
